| COOL CUCUMBER BUTTERMILK |

Ingredients :
| 4 cup low fat yogurts |
| 2 tsp minced ginger |
| 2 medium cucumber, peeled, seeded and chopped |
| 2 capsicum |
| ½ tsp black salt |
| salt and pepper to taste |
| 6-8 cupes oil ice crushed |
Procedure :

Place all ingredients in the blender except
ice. |
