| SPAGHETTI BALLS |

Preparation time: 15 minutes.
Cooking time : 30 minutes.
No of balls : 25 balls.
Ingredients:
2 teacups of boiled spaghetti.
2 teacups of milk.
4 tablespoons of butter.
5 tablespoons of plain flour.
100 grams of grated cheese.
3 green chillies chopped.
1 tablespoon of chopped fresh coriander.
3 sticks of finely chopped celery.
½ teacup of plain flour bread crumbs.
Oil for deep frying.
Salt to taste.
Tomato ketchup to serve.
Cooking Process:

Melt the
butter in a thick vessel. Add 5 tablespoons of flour and cook for about 1 minute. |

Add the
milk and keep cooking and stirring till the mixture becomes a lump. |

Cool and
then add the spaghetti, green chillies, coriander, cheese, celery and salt. Mix very well
and shape into small rounds. |

Mix about ½ teacup of flour and 1 teacup of water and make a paste. Dip
the balls in this paste. Roll in bread crumbs. Deep fry in hot oil. Serve with tomato
ketchup. |
