| PAPAD POTATO ROLLS |

Preparation time: 30 minutes.
Cooking time : 20 minutes.
No of rolls : 20-25 rolls.
Ingredients:
8-10 papads
4 boiled potatoes
2 green chillies, finely chopped.
½ teaspoon chilli powder juice of 1 lemon.
2 tablespoons chopped coriander
½ teaspoon garam masala,
½ teaspoon sugar
salt to taste.
Other Ingredients:
A few tablespoons of gram flour
(besan ) Oil for deep frying.
Cooking Process:

Mash the
potatoes. Add the green chillies, chilli powder, lemon juice, coriander, garam masala,
sugar and salt. Mix well. |

Divide
the potato mixture into several portions and shape each portion into a long roll of about
the same length as the diameter of the papads. |

Dip the
papads in water for a few seconds. |
| 4. |
Put a potato roll on the corner of each papad and roll up. |
| 5. |
Seal the edges with a paste made of equal volumes of gram flour and water. |

Deep fry in hot oil until golden brown. Cut into small pieces and serve
hot. |
