HARA BHARA KABABS


Ingredients :
400 gms boiled potatoes
100 gms boiled spinach
2 tbsp coriander
1 tbsp green chilli
1 tbsp chopped ginger
1 tsp chaat masala
2 tbsp cornflour
Oil for frying
Salt as per taste

Procedure :

1. Peel and grate boiled potatoes
2. Mash boiled green peas
3. Squeeze out excess water of spinah and chop it finely.
4. Mix grated potatoes, peas and spinach. Add chopped green chillies, chopped ginger, chaat masala and salt. Add cornflour for binding
5. Shape them into small ball and then press it in between your palms to flatten it.
6. Heat oil in pan. Deep fry the kababs in hot oil for 3 - 4 minutes.
7. Serve hot.
