BABYCORN FRITTERS / CHICKEN |

Ingredients :
500 gms babycorn / chicken
1 egg
2 tsp cornflour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp Ajinomoto (optional)
1 tsp soya sauce
1 tsp chilli sauce
1/2 tsp vinegar
1/2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp tomato sauce
1/2 tsp chilli sauce
Procedure :

Make a
batter of all ingredients and marinate babycorn / chicken for a couple of hours. |

Deep fry
them in small dusters. |
