½ litre cream whipped and
sweetened with Icing sugar.
Procedure :
Slice the cake horizontally in two or three. Soak the last layer with little rum. Spread
some whipped cream and few cherries and add the second layer of cake. Soak this layer too
with little rum and spread some whipped cream and cherries. Put on the top layer of cake.
Cover with cream on all sides and sprinkle with chocolate chips.
